The state of working women in America must improve. With women earning just 79 cents for every dollar men make, lack of federally mandated paid parental leave, and almost half of all highly-trained women off-ramping after becoming mothers, it is up to all of us to rise to the challenge of creating workplaces that suit women’s needs. As we see more and more women in leadership positions, Amy explains that it is our responsibility to create inclusive and equitable policies – and it’s good for the bottom line.
