Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion - JEDI

JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) speaker programs encourage communities, campuses, and workplaces to hold space for representation of diverse races/ethnicities, religions, ages, sexual diversity, and abilities/disabilities. However, diversity cannot be achieved by simply checking boxes or adopting a “one of each” approach. True inclusion must allow all members the opportunity to fully participate with their true identities and the intersectionality of those identities. When everyone can show up as their authentic selves, they collectively contribute to build a more inclusive society.
